Summary of Republic Act No. 10265Establishment of a National High School
- A national high school shall be established in Barangay Isic-Isic, Municipality of Vintar, Province of Ilocos Norte, to be known as Isic-Isic National High School. (Section 1)
- The school shall be under the direct supervision of the Department of Education. (Section 1)
Issuance of Rules and Regulations
- The Secretary of the Department of Education shall issue the necessary rules and regulations to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 2)
Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Isic-Isic National High School in the Department's program. (Section 3)
- The funding for the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. (Section 4)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10265
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY ISIC-ISIC, MUNICIPALITY OF VINTAR, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE TO BE KNOWN AS ISIC-ISIC NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, a national high school in Barangay Isic-Isic, Municipality of Vintar, Province of Ilocos Norte to be known as Isic-Isic National High School.
Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education shall issue the necessary rules and regulations to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3. The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department’s program the operationalization of the Isic-Isic National High School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
