REPUBLIC ACT No. 10460

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PRIMARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CABUAN IN THE CITY OF NAGA, PROVINCE OF CEBU TO BE KNOWN AS CABUAN PRIMARY SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Establishment of a Primary School. – There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, a primary school in Barangay Cabuan in the City of Naga, Province of Cebu to be known as Cabuan Primary School.

Section 2. Appropriations. – The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department’s program the operationalization of the Cabuan Primary School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Summary of Republic Act No. 10460

Establishment of a Primary School
- A primary school is established in Barangay Cabuan, City of Naga, Province of Cebu, to be known as Cabuan Primary School. (Section 1)
- The school will be under the supervision of the Department of Education.

Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education shall include the operationalization of Cabuan Primary School in the Department's program. (Section 2)
