AN ACT GRANTING GRATUITY TO THE WIDOW OR LEGITIMATE CHILDREN OF THE LATE LEODEGARIO FRANCISCO VICTORINO, DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Section 1. In consideration of the highly meritorious services rendered by the late Leodegario Francisco Victorino, Division Superintendent of Schools at the time of his death on July thirty, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, who died without receiving any benefit from any retirement or pension law, his widow or, in her default, his legitimate children, shall be paid a gratuity in the amount of seven thousand five hundred pesos.
Section 2. The sum of seven thousand five hundred pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
