- Ms. Linlin Guo is granted Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges, prerogatives, duties, and obligations under the Constitution and laws of the Philippines. (Section 1)
- Ms. Linlin Guo must take the Oath of Allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines before an authorized officer. (Section 2)
- The Oath of Allegiance must be registered with the Bureau of Immigration. (Section 2)
- Upon registration of the Oath of Allegiance, the Bureau of Immigration shall issue a Certificate of Naturalization to Ms. Linlin Guo, granting her full enjoyment of Philippine citizenship. (Section 3)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11805
AN ACT GRANTING PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP TO LINLIN GUO
SECTION 1. Ms. Linlin Guo is hereby granted Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges and prerogatives, as well as the duties and obligations appurtenant thereto under the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
SECTION 2. Ms. Linlin Guo shall take the Oath of Allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines before an officer duly authorized to administer the same. The Oath of Allegiance shall be registered with the Bureau of Immigration.
SECTION 3. Upon registration of the Oath of Allegiance, the Bureau of Immigration shall issue a Certificate of Naturalization to Ms. Linlin Guo who shall thereupon enter into the full enjoyment of Philippine citizenship.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

Lapsed into law on June 2, 2022 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
