- Separation and Conversion into a National High School (Section 1)
- The Bukidnon National High School — Casisang Annex in Barangay Casisang, City of Malaybalay, Province of Bukidnon is separated from the Bukidnon National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Casisang National High School.
- Transfer of Assets and Liabilities (Section 2)
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Bukidnon National High School — Casisang Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Casisang National High School.
- Appropriations (Section 3)
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Casisang National High School in the Department's program, with the initial funding charged against the current year's appropriations of the Bukidnon National High School — Casisang Annex.
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
- Implementation (Section 4)
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
- Effectivity (Section 5)
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

REPUBLIC ACT No. 10424
AN ACT SEPARATING THE BUKIDNON NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL — CASISANG ANNEX IN BARANGAY CASISANG, CITY OF MALAYBALAY, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON FROM THE BUKIDNON NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, CONVERTING IT INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS CASISANG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Separation and Conversion into a National High School. — The Bukidnon National High School — Casisang Annex in Barangay Casisang, City of Malaybalay, Province of Bukidnon is hereby separated from the Bukidnon National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Casisang National High School.
