An Act Separating the Datu Danwata Elementary School-TFS of Balis Extension in Barangay Datu Danwata, Municipality of Malita, Province of Davao Occidental from the Datu Danwata Elementary School, Converting it into an Independent Elementary School to be Known as the Balis Elementary School, and Appropriating Funds Therefor

Separation and Conversion of School
- The Datu Danwata Elementary School-TFS of Balis Extension in Barangay Datu Danwata, Municipality of Malita, Province of Davao Occidental is separated from the Datu Danwata Elementary School and converted into an independent elementary school to be known as the Balis Elementary School. (Section 1)

Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Datu Danwata Elementary School-TFS of Balis Extension are transferred to and absorbed by the Balis Elementary School. (Section 2)

Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Balis Elementary School in the Department's program. (Section 3)
- The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Datu Danwata Elementary School-TFS of Balis Extension. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)

Implementation Rules and Regulations
- Within sixty (60) days after the approval of this Act, the Secretary of Education shall promulgate the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)
