AN ACT SEPARATING THE MIDSALIP NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL – BULORON ANNEX IN BARANGAY BULORON, MUNICIPALITY OF MIDSALIP, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR FROM THE MIDSALIP NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, CONVERTING IT INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS BULORON NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Midsalip National High School – Buloron Annex in Barangay Buloron, Municipality of Midsalip, Province of Zamboanga del Sur is hereby separated from the Midsalip National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Buloron National High School.
SECTION 2. All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Midsalip National High School – Buloron Annex are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Buloron National High School.

Separation and Conversion of Midsalip National High School - Buloron Annex
- The Midsalip National High School - Buloron Annex in Barangay Buloron, Municipality of Midsalip, Province of Zamboanga del Sur is separated from the Midsalip National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Buloron National High School. (Section 1)
Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Midsalip National High School - Buloron Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Buloron National High School. (Section 2)
Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of the Buloron National High School in the Department's program. (Section 3)
- The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Midsalip National High School - Buloron Annex. (Section 3)
- Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)
Issuance of Rules and Regulations
- The Secretary of Education shall issue the rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. (Section 4)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)
