Repeal of Previous Provision (Section 3)
    - The eighth paragraph of section fifty-four of "The Judiciary Act of 1948" is repealed.

Appropriation of Funds (Section 4)
    - Appropriates funds from the National Treasury to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Effectivity (Section 5)
    - This Act shall take effect upon its approval, which was on June 22, 1957.
