A PROCLAMATION.By authority of a resolution of the Philippine Commission, adopted January third, nineteen hundred and six, pursuant to the provisions of section twenty-one of the Friar Lands Act, Numbered Eleven hundered and twenty, authorizing the Governor-General to issue a proclamation designating any tract or tracts of certain lands, commonly known as friar lands, as nonalienable, and reserve the same for public use, I hereby withdraw from sale, lease, or other disposition, and reserve around the monument erected where Colonel Harry Clay Egbert, Twenty-second Infantry, United States Army, was killed in the engagement of Malinta, Province of Bulacan, Island of Luzon, Philippine Islands, the following described tract of land, a portion of the Malinta Friar Estate, in the municipality of Polo, Province of Bulacan, Island of Luzon Philippine Islands, to wit :
