EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 541 June 19, 1979
CREATING A COMMITTEE TO GATHER THE MEMORABILIA OF THE LATE CHIEF JUSTICE FRED RUIZ CASTRO
WHEREAS, the late Chief Justice Fred Ruiz Castro was enshrined himself as one of the legal pillars of our country;
WHEREAS, to perpetuate his memory, there is a need to gather all memorabilia of his life and achievements for the youth to appreciate and emulate;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create a Committee to gather all memorabilia of the late Chief Justice Fred Ruiz Castro, composed of the following:
Hon. Ricardo C. Puno - Chairman
Col. Mariano Yanko, Jr. - Member
Mrs. Natividad H. Castro - Member
and such other members as the President may appoint.
The Committee is hereby empowered to select an appropriate place where the memorabilia shall be stored or exhibited permanently.
All ministries, bureaus, offices, agencies or instrumentalities of the government...

- A Committee is created to gather all memorabilia of the late Chief Justice Fred Ruiz Castro. (Section 1)

- Mrs. Natividad H. Castro - Member

Cooperation from Government Agencies
