Summary of Executive Order No. 907
Establishment of the Central Visayas Regional Projects Office
- The Central Visayas Regional Projects Office (CVRPO) is hereby created. (Section 1)
- The CVRPO shall be under the administrative supervision of the Office of the President. (Section 1)
Functions and Responsibilities of the CVRPO
- The CVRPO shall be responsible for the implementation of regional projects and programs in the Central Visayas region. (Section 2)
- It shall coordinate with the Regional Development Council and other government agencies in the region for the effective implementation of regional projects and programs. (Section 2)
- It shall perform such other functions as may be assigned by the President or the Presidential Assistant for Regional Concerns. (Section 2)
Composition and Staffing of the CVRPO
- The CVRPO shall be headed by a Regional Executive Director who shall be assisted by an Assistant Regional Executive Director and other personnel as may be necessary. (Section 3)
- The staffing pattern and operating requirements of the CVRPO shall be determined by the Presidential Assistant for Regional Concerns, subject to the approval of the President. (Section 3)
Funding and Operational Requirements
- The funding requirements of the CVRPO shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 4)
- The operational requirements of the CVRPO shall be provided for in the budget of the Office of the President. (Section 4)

- This Executive Order shall take effect immediately. (Section 5)
