PROCLAMATION No. 144
DECLARING MONDAY, 13 FEBRUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PARAÑAQUE
WHEREAS, Monday, 13 February 2017, marks the celebration of the 19th Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Parañaque;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Parañaque be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 13 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Parañaque.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
