PROCLAMATION No. 141
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 25 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARIAGA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE
WHEREAS, Wednesday, 25 February 2017, marks the 446th Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Cariaga, Leyte;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cariaga, Leyte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 25 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cariaga, Leyte.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
