PROCLAMATION No. 137

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 8 FEBRUARY 2017 AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, the City of Kidapawan marks the celebration of its 19th Foundation Anniversary on 12 February 2017;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Kidapawan celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Wednesday, 8 February 2017, be declared as a special (non-working) day instead of 12 February 2017, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 8 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
