EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 420 October 30, 1973 DELEGATING TO CERTAIN DISTRICT LAND OFFICERS THE POWER TO SIGN PATENTS AND CERTIFICATES Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources Arturo R. Tanco, Jr. and pursuant to the powers vested in me by Section 107 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended by R.A. 6516, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby delegate to the District Land Officers of the following land offices, the authority to sign patents or certificates covering lands not exceeding five (5) hectares in area: 1. District Land Office 1-1, San Fernando, La Union 2. District Land Office 1-3, Vigan, Ilocos Sur 3. District Land Office 1-5, Bangued, Abra 4. District Land Office 1-7, Dagupan City 5. District Land Office II-2, Ilagan, Isabela 6. District Land Office II-3, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya 7. District Land Office III-1, San Fernando, Pampanga 8.
