- The Regan Barracks in Daraga, Albay, formerly a United States Army Reservation, except for a portion called Sanburn Field, has been turned over to the Philippine government to be administered for the benefit of its inhabitants.
- The camp is currently occupied by the Trade School, Normal School, and High School of Albay Province.
- The Bureau of Education has limited use and does not need all the premises inside the Reservation.
- The unused portion of the total area can be made available for the education of military citizens without interrupting the school activities.
- The barracks left by the United States Army are not used for the educational activities of the Bureau of Education.
- The area and all the United States Army buildings therein, east side of the Albay-Daraga Road, shall be available for the Philippine Army not later than November tenth, nineteen hundred and thirty-six.
- The area mentioned shall be jointly used for field activities of the Philippine Army and the Bureau of Education.

Proclamation No. 88
DESIGNATING PART OF THE REGAN BARRACKS, DARAGA, ALBAY, FEDERAL RESERVATION, AS PHILIPPINE ARMY POST
Whereas, Regan Barracks, Daraga, Albay, former United States Army Reservation, except a portion called Sanburn Field, has been turned over to the control of the Government of the Philippine Islands to be administered for the benefit of the inhabitants thereof;
Whereas, this camp is now occupied by the Trade School, Normal School, and High School of Albay Province;
Whereas, the Bureau of Education has limited use and does not need all the premises inside the Reservation;
Whereas, the unused portion of the total area can be made available for the education of the military citizens of the nation without interrupting the school activities; and
Whereas, the barracks left therein by the United States Army are not used for the educational activities of the Bureau of Education;
