Administration and Regulation
- The reserve shall remain under the administration of the Bureau of Forestry.
- The Bureau of Forestry has the authority to regulate the use and occupancy of the reserve.
- The Bureau of Forestry can regulate the disposal of lansones fruit and the cutting, collection, and removal of timber and other forest products within the reserve, in accordance with the Forest Law and Regulations.
Legal Basis
- The proclamation is issued by the President of the Philippines, Manuel L. Quezon, pursuant to the provisions of section eighteen hundred and twenty-six of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Revised Administrative Code.

Proclamation No. 297
ESTABLISHING AS KIDAPAWAN LANSONES FOREST RESERVE FOR FOREST PROTECTION, TIMBER PRODUCTION, AND CONSERVATION OF LANSONES CERTAIN PARCELS OF PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section eighteen hundred and twenty-six of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Revised Administrative Code, I, Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, hereby reserve for forest protection, timber production, and conservation of Iansones and other trees and withdraw from entry, sale, or settlement, subject to private rights if any there be, the following parcels of land situated in the municipal district of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, and described in Bureau of Forestry map No. F. R.-80, to wit:
