- Pursuant to Section 14 of Commonwealth Act No. 137, the following parcel of land is excluded from Proclamation No. 217, Series of 1929:
• A parcel of land with buildings and improvements located in Barrio Talnag, Municipality of Itogon, Subprovince of Benguet, Mountain Province.
• Bounded on the N. by the Tuban Mining Co., on the E. by the Old Times Group, on the S. and W. by the Banao Group of C. P. Hann. (Section 1)
• Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being S. 41° 24 E.; 14,444 m. more or less, from Santo Tomas Triangulation Station. (Section 1)
• The specific metes and bounds of the parcel are described in detail, with coordinates and bearings provided. (Section 1)
• The parcel contains an area of one million seven hundred seventy-one thousand two hundred three (1,771,203) sq. m., more or less. (Section 1)
• All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked by concrete monuments on the ground. (Section 1)
• Bearings are true, declination 0° 45 E.; date of survey, April 26-30, 1937, by Demetrio Resurreccion. (Section 1)

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 217, SERIES OF 1929, A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE BARRIO OF TALNAG, MUNICIPALITY OF ITOGON, SUBPROVINCE OF BENGUET, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section fourteen of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred thirty-seven, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation Numbered Two hundred seventeen, series of nineteen hundred and twenty-nine, the following-described parcel of land situated in the barrio of Talnag, municipality of Itogon, subprovince of Benguet, Mountain Province, to wit:
"A parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon situated in the municipality of Itogon; bounded on the N. by the Tuban Mining Co.; on the E. by the Old Times Group; on the S. and W. by the Banao Group of C. P. Hann, Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, being S. 41° 24 E.; 14,444 m. more or less, from Santo Tomas Triangulation...
