Proclamation No. 397

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 610, DATED AUGUST 29, 1940 AND RESERVING FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 610, dated August 29, 1940, and reserve for certain public purposes as indicated hereunder, under the administration of the Municipality of Roxas, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land embraced therein situated in the poblacion. Municipality of Roxas, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows:

Exclusion and Reservation of Certain Parcels of Land
- Excludes certain parcels of land from the operation of Proclamation No. 610, dated August 29, 1940.
- Reserves the following parcels of land for public purposes under the administration of the Municipality of Roxas, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, subject to private rights, if any:

• Lot 455, Gamu PLS-62 (school site)
- A parcel of land with an area of 21,120 square meters, more or less.
- Bounded by roads on the NE, SE, SW, and NW (by road and lot 7454 of Gamu PLS-62).
- Specific boundary coordinates and bearings provided (Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended).

• Lot 7802, Gamu PLS-62 (market site)
- A parcel of land with an area of 13,525 square meters, more or less.
- Bounded by roads on all sides.
- Specific boundary coordinates and bearings provided (Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended).

• Lot 7846, Gamu PLS-62 (park site)
- A parcel of land with an area of 13,473 square meters, more or less.
- Bounded by roads on all sides.

- A parcel of land with an area of 29,021 square meters, more or less.
