EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATIONS OF PROCLAMATION NO 53, SERIES OF 1936, AND FORESTRY ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2-804, DATED JANUARY 2, 1936, AND OPENING TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 137, A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE BARRIO OF CAORASAN, MUNICIPALITY OF NABUA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section fourteen of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and thirty-seven, I hereby exclude from the operations of Proclamation Numbered Fifty-three, series of nineteen hundred and thirty-six, and Forestry Administrative Order Numbered Two-eight hundred four, dated January second, nineteen hundred and thirty-six, and open to disposition under the provisions of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and thirty-seven, the following parcel of land situated in the barrio of Caorasan, municipality of Nabua, Province of Camarines Sur, Island of Luzon, and described on plan No. Mso-1, to wit:
