PRESIDENTIAL DECREE No. 303 September 28, 1973

EXCLUDING FROM THE PROPERTIES TRANSFERRED TO THE LAND BANK UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6390 CERTAIN PARCELS THEREOF FOR USE OF THE PRESIDENTIAL SECURITY COMMAND

By virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution as Commander-in-Chief of all the Armed Forces of the Philippines and pursuant to Proclamation No. 1081 dated September 21, 1972, and General Order No. 1 dated September 22, 1972, as amended, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the provisions of Section 9 of Republic Act No. 6390, transferring certain government properties of the private domain to the Land Bank, and reserve the same for the use of the Presidential Security Command which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 4 Block No. 939, Cad. 13, Case 66

thence S. 61 deg. 19'W., 21.17 m. to point 2;

thence S. 43 deg. 37'W., 20.57 m. to point 3;

Presidential Decree No. 303

Exclusion of Land from Transfer to Land Bank
- Excludes Lot No. 4 Block No. 939, Cad. 13, Case 66 from the properties transferred to the Land Bank under Republic Act No. 6390, Section 9.
- The excluded land parcel is described in detail with technical survey coordinates and boundaries.
- The land parcel has an area of 10,830.20 square meters.
- The land parcel is reserved for the use of the Presidential Security Command.

Legal Basis
- The decree is issued by virtue of the President's powers as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Philippines under Proclamation No. 1081 dated September 21, 1972, and General Order No. 1 dated September 22, 1972, as amended.
- The decree is made part of the law of the land and takes effect immediately.
