FURTHER AMENDING PARAGRAPH I, SUB-PARAGRAPH (e) OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 34 DATED MAY 20, 1954, DECLARING THAT PORTION OF THE BENGUET ROAD (KENNON ROAD) FROM KLONDYKE'S SPRING TO CAMP SIX WITHIN THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE AS TOLL ROAD AND FIXING THE SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS THEREON
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby further amend the first paragraph, sub-paragraph (e) of Executive Order No. 34 dated May 20, 1954, to read as follows:
"(e)
Motor trucks, single rear axle, (freight), regardless of capacity
P5.00
Motor trucks, twin rear axle, (freight), regardless of capacity
10.00
Truck tractor with trailer regardless of capacity
15.00
Done in the City of Manila, this 1st day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-two.

Executive Order No. 379
This Executive Order amends Executive Order No. 34 dated May 20, 1954, specifically sub-paragraph (e) which deals with the schedule of fees for the collection of tolls on a portion of the Benguet Road (Kennon Road) from Klondyke's Spring to Camp Six within the Mountain Province.
The amended sub-paragraph (e) sets the following toll fees:
- Motor trucks, single rear axle, (freight), regardless of capacity: P5.00
- Motor trucks, twin rear axle, (freight), regardless of capacity: P10.00
- Truck tractor with trailer regardless of capacity: P15.00
The amended sub-paragraph (e) sets the following toll fees:
- Motor trucks, single rear axle, (freight), regardless of capacity: P5.00
- Motor trucks, twin rear axle, (freight), regardless of capacity: P10.00
- Truck tractor with trailer regardless of capacity: P15.00
