PRESIDENTIAL DECREE No. 727 June 5, 1975
FURTHER EXTENDING THE EFFECTIVITY OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 333, AS AMENDED, AFFECTING THE IMPORTATION OF LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM GAS
WHEREAS, the duty-free importation of liquified petroleum gas has been allowed because of the shortage of this product domestically and its high prices in the world market;
WHEREAS, there is a growing demand for this product in the country while prices still remain high, not expected to substantially decline till 1977;
WHEREAS, it is to the national interest that adequate supplies of liquified petroleum gas be made available at low prices to domestic consumers;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby order and decree that the effectivity of Presidential Decree No. 333, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 343, Presidential Decree No. 368, Presidential Decree No. 438 and Presidential Decree No. 510 be further extended as this affects the duty-free importation of liquified petroleum gas only up to...
