EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 331 July 20, 1988
PROVIDING FOR THE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE CONVENING OF THE CORDILLERA REGIONAL CONSULTATIVE COMMISSION, FIXING THE DATE, TIME, AND PLACE THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, Regional Act No. 6658 "An Act Creating the Cordillera Regional Consultative Commission, Prescribing its Powers, Functions and Duties, Providing Funds Therefor, and For Other Purposes", provides that the President shall designate the person who shall take charge of all arrangements for the convening of the said Regional Consultative Commission;
WHEREAS, the same law states that the Commission shall be convened by authority of the President within fifteen (15) days after the approval of the Act in the City of Baguio at 10:00 o'clock in the morning, or on such other date or place as may be fixed by the President;
WHEREAS, the law further provides that the President or her duly authorized representative shall preside at its opening session until a presiding officer is elected by the Commission;

Summary of Executive Order No. 331
Convening of the Cordillera Regional Consultative Commission
- The Presidential Management Staff, Office of the President, is designated to take charge of all arrangements for convening the Commission. (Section 1)
- Undersecretary Ramon K. Katigbak of the Department of Finance is authorized to be the President's representative to convene the Commission and preside at its opening session until a presiding officer is elected. (Section 2)
- The opening session of the Commission shall be held in Baguio City on July 23, 1988, at 10:00 AM. (Section 3)
Funding
- The Secretary of Budget and Management is directed to release necessary funds to the Commission as soon as it convenes for its operations. (Section 4)
Effectivity
- This Executive Order shall take effect immediately. (Section 5)
