Reorganizing the Membership in the Governing Board of the Philippine Coconut Authority
- The governing board of the Philippine Coconut Authority shall be reorganized and reconstituted. (Section 1)
- The governing board shall be composed of the following members: (Section 2)
- The Minister of Agriculture and Food as ex-officio Chairman.
- The Governor of the Central Bank of the Philippines as ex-officio Vice-Chairman.
- Seven (7) members representing the coconut farmers/producers to be appointed by the President of the Philippines.
- One (1) member representing the coconut millers to be appointed by the President of the Philippines.
- One (1) member representing the coconut traders/exporters to be appointed by the President of the Philippines.
- One (1) member representing the manufacturing sector utilizing coconut products as raw materials to be appointed by the President of the Philippines.
- The Administrator of the Philippine Coconut Authority shall be an ex-officio member of the governing board. (Section 2)
- The terms of office of the appointed members of the governing board shall be for a period of six (6) years. (Section 3)
- All powers, rights, assets, funds, employees, records, and all other resources of the Philippine Coconut Authority shall continue to be vested in the reorganized governing board. (Section 4)
