- Reserves certain parcels of land located in Barangay Mayapa, Calamba City, Laguna as the site for the regional offices of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in Region IV-A (CALABARZON).
Land Details
- The reserved land is covered by Transfer Certificates of Title (TCT) Nos. T-118836, T-90673, and T-90695, all in the name of the Republic of the Philippines.
- The total area of the reserved land is TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND TWENTY-THREE (21,823) square meters.
Lot 2 (DENR, Region IV-A)
- A parcel of land (Lot No. 2) with an area of Eight Thousand Three (8,003) square meters.
- Bounded by Lot No. 2-D-1-K-2-B, [LRC] Psd-300378 on the NW & SW; Lot No. 1 (South Luzon Expressway [SLEX]) on the NE; Provincial Road on the S; and Lot No. 3 (DPWH, Region IV-A) on the SW.
- Detailed technical description of the boundaries and coordinates is provided in the law.
Lot 3 (DPWH, Region IV-A)
- A parcel of land (Lot No. 3) with an area of Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty (13,820) square meters.
- Bounded by Lot No. 2 (DENR, Region IV-A) on the NE; Provincial Road on the S; Lot No. 2-D-1-L-2, Psd-04-010555 on the SW & NW; Lot No. 2-D-1-K-1-B-2, [LRC] Psd-300154 on the NW; and Lot No. 2-D-1-K-2-B, [LRC] Psd-300378 on the NW.
- Detailed technical description of the boundaries and coordinates is provided in the law.
Public Purpose
- The parcels of land reserved as regional office sites of the DENR and DPWH, Region IV-A shall remain as public property intended for public purpose.

PROCLAMATION No. 1166
RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN BARANGAY MAYAPA, CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA AS SITE OF THE REGIONAL OFFICES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES AND DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND HIGHWAYS IN REGION IV-A (CALABARZON)
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve as site of the Regional Offices of the DENR and Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in Region IV-A (CALABARZON), certain parcels of land covered by Transfer Certificates of Title (TCT) Nos. T-118836, T-90673 and T- 90695, all in the name of the Republic of the Philippines, with an area of TWENTY- ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND TWENTY-THREE (21,823) square meters, located at Barangay Mayapa, City of Calamba, Province of Laguna, more particularly described as follows:
