Reserving for High School Site Purposes a Certain Parcel of the Public Domain Situated in the Municipality of Cauayan, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon- Pursuant to Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, the President withdraws from sale or settlement and reserves a parcel of public domain land for high school site purposes under the administration of the Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any.
- The parcel of land is situated in the municipality of Cauayan, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and is more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Psu-119942.
- The land is bounded on the north by property of the Municipal Government of Cauayan (lot "A", Psd-24238); on the northeast by property of Cleopatra Ordonez; on the southeast by properties of the Municipal Government of Cauayan (lot "A". Psd-24238) and Nieves Tolentino; on the southwest, by National Highway; and on the northwest, by properties of Laureano Lucas and Cleopatra Ordonez.
- The land has an area of seventy-eight thousand two hundred seventy-four square meters (78,274), more or less.
- The survey was conducted on June 11, 1948, and the plan was approved on August 18, 1948.
- The proclamation was signed by President Elpidio Quirino on September 28, 1949, in the City of Manila.

RESERVING FOR HIGH SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAUAYAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for High School site purposes, under the administration of the Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of Cauayan, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Psu-119942, to wit:
