- Pursuant to Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, the following parcels of public domain in Poblacion, Dao, Capiz are withdrawn from sale or settlement and reserved for plaza purposes under the administration of the municipality of Dao, subject to private rights:

• Area: 2,303 square meters
• Bounded by Lot No. 2 (northeast), Andres Bonifacio Street (southeast), P. Burgos Street (southwest), and McKinley Street (northwest)
• Lot No. 2 (Section 1)
• Area: 1,944 square meters
• Bounded by Lot No. 3 (northeast), Andres Bonifacio Street (southeast), Lot No. 1 (southwest), and McKinley Street (northwest)
• Lot No. 3 (Section 1)
• Area: 3,507 square meters
• Bounded by General Luna Street (northeast), Andres Bonifacio Street (southeast), Lot No. 2 (southwest), and McKinley Street (northwest)
• Lot No. 210 (Section 1)
• Area: 2,524 square meters
• Bounded by San Roque Street (northeast), Andres Bonifacio Street (southeast), General Luna Street (southwest), and McKinley Street (northwest)

RESERVING FOR PLAZA PURPOSES FOUR (4) PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF DAO, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, ISLAND OF PANAY.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for plaza purposes, under the administration of the municipality of Dao, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Dao, Province of Capiz, island of Panay, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15681, to wit:
Lot No. 1.Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15681, which is identical with B. L. L. M. No. 1, Dao Cad. No. 147, thence N. 27 ° 02′ E. 31.41 m. to point 2; S. 72 ° 46′ E. 63.69 m. to point 3; S. 21 ° 52′...
