- The reservation is made pursuant to Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141.
- The reservation is approved by President Manuel L. Quezon on October 18, 1938.

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MALASIN, MUNICIPALITV OF DUPAX, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Malasin, municipality of Dupax, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15537 (11-8743, sheet No. 2), to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands Swo-15537, N. 10° 46′ W. 87.39 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Malasin, municipality of Dupax thence S. 83° 40′ W. 75.14 m. to point 2; N. 24° 44′...
