- Pursuant to Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, the President reserves the following parcels of public domain for school purposes under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights:
1. Lot No. 1 (Banaao school site) - Section 1
- A 5,442 sq.m. parcel in Barrio Banaao, Kayan, Bontoc, Mountain Province
- Bounded by properties of Jose Bondad, Tikitic Creek, public land, and Feliciano Mandeit's property
- Surveyed on November 13-14, 1937, March 17-18 and July 25-26, 1938; approved on October 27, 1938
2. Lot No. 2 (Dacudac school site) - Section 2
- An 11,076 sq.m. parcel in Barrio Dacudac, Kayan, Bontoc, Mountain Province
- Bounded by properties of Diwan et al., Celiao, and barrio roads
- Surveyed on November 13-14, 1937, March 17-18 and July 25-26, 1938; approved on October 27, 1938
3. Lot No. 3 (Bonga school site) - Section 3
- A 10,014 sq.m. parcel in Barrio Bonga, Kayan, Bontoc, Mountain Province
- Bounded by public land and Ke-gang River
- Surveyed on November 13-14, 1937, March 17-18 and July 25-26, 1938; approved on October 27, 1938

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF BANAAO, DACUDAC, AND BONGA, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF KAYAN, SUBPROVINCE OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Banaao, Dacu-dac, and Bonga, municipal district of Kayan, subprovince of Bontoc, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-106131, to wit:
