Reservation of Land for School Purposes
- Three parcels of public domain land in the barrios of Osorio, Sumaray and Panpanan, municipality of San Remigio, Province of Antique, island of Panay are withdrawn from sale or settlement and reserved for school purposes under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any.

Lot 1 (Barrio of Osorio):
- Area: 28,003 square meters
- Bounded by properties of Telesforo Mariano (northeast), Gregorio Rafael (southeast), municipal government of San Remigio (southwest), and Juan Alejandro (northwest)
- All corners marked by B.L. concrete monuments 15 x 60 cm
- Bearings true, declination 1° 36' E
- Surveyed on February 20, 1939, approved on April 17, 1939

Lot 2 (Barrio of Sumaray):
- Area: 30,019 square meters
- Bounded by property of Maximo Orbasayan (northeast, southeast, and southwest) and Juan Caman (northwest)
- All corners marked by B.L. concrete monuments 15 x 60 cm
- Bearings true, declination 1° 23' E
- Surveyed on February 15-16, 1939, approved on April 17, 1939

Lot 3 (Barrio of Panpanan):
- Area: 30,214 square meters
- Bounded by public land (north, east, and southeast) and property of Calixto Calawigan (southwest and west)
- Point 2 marked by nail on cross tree, rest by B.L. concrete monuments 15 x 60 cm
- Bearings true, declination 1° 23' E
- Surveyed on February 17-18, 1939, approved on April 17, 1939

Condition for Lots in Sumaray and Panpanan:
- If the sites are abandoned for school purposes, they shall revert to the category of public forest.
