- Pursuant to Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, the President withdraws from sale or settlement and reserves the following parcels of public domain for school purposes under the administration of the Bureau of Education:
Lot No. 1 (Barrio of Bite, Municipality of Aritao, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon):
- Area: 1.0775 hectares.
- Bounded on the northeast by public land, on the southeast by properties of Apolonio Ordoa and Juan Pera, on the southwest by property of Baldomero Bustamante, and on the northwest by property of Domingo Gragasin.
- Surveyed on June 17, 1938, and approved on August 31, 1938.
Lot No. 2 (Barrio of Comon, Municipality of Aritao, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon):
- Area: 1.5552 hectares.
- Bounded on the north by property of Vicente Barbado, on the east by barrio road, on the south by property of Marcelino Lime, and on the west by property of Peliciano Santiago.
- Surveyed on June 14, 1938, and approved on August 31, 1938.
The reservation is subject to private rights, if any.

Proclamation No. 361
RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIOS OF BITE AND COMON, MUNICIPALITY OF ARITAO, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Bureau of uducation, subject to private rights if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrios of Bite and Comon, municipality of Aritao, Province of Nueva Vizcaya. Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-395, to wit:
Lot No. 1 (barrio of Bite).Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-395, N. 88° 03 E. 41.71 m. from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Bite, municipality of Aritao, thence S. 42° 35 W., 54.18 m. to point 2;...
