Proclamation No. 141
RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN CALINAN, CITY OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes, under the administration of the Director of public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain, situated in Caiman, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands Plan Psd-18212, to wit:
"A parcel; of land (lot 521-A of the subdivision plan Psd-18212, being- a portion of lot 521 of the cadastral survey of Guianga, G.L.R.O. cadastral record No. 540), situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao.
