- Pursuant to Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, the President withdraws from sale and settlement the following parcel of land and reserves it for the use of EDCOR under the Armed Forces of the Philippines:
• The land is subject to private rights, if any, and future classification, final survey, and conditions/restrictions per the Forest Law and Regulations.
• Excludes portions segregated and delimited by the Bureau of Forestry as timberland under its control and administration.
• Excludes Block I of approximately 1,000 hectares under Land Classification Project No. 9-C of Parang Cotabato, certified by the Bureau of Forestry on March 5, 1952.
• Excludes areas under Pls-263 which have already been given due course by the Bureau of Lands.

Proclamation No. 376
RESERVING FOR THE USE OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPS (EDCOR) A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PARANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for the use of the Economic Development Corps (EDCOR) under the administration of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future classification and final survey and to such conditions and restrictions as may be imposed in accordance with the Forest Law and Regulations, the following described parcel of land excluding such portions thereof as shall be segregated and delimited by the Bureau of Forestry as timberland under its control and administration and Block I of approximately 1,000 hectares under Land Classification Project No. 9-C of Parang Cotabato, certified by the Bureau of...
