Proclamation No. 292
RESERVING FOR THE USE OF THE U.S. EMBASSY CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF MALATE, CITY OF MANILA.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, in relation to the Parity Amendment tot eh Constitution, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the use of the U.S.Embassy, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of the public domain situated in the Districts of Malate, City of Manila, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

Cavite Boulevard Cad. 2
