RESERVING FOR WAREHOUSE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CALAMAGUI, MUNICIPALITY OF ILAGAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for warehouse purposes, under the administration of the National Warehousing Corporation, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Calamagui, municipality of Ilagan, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-468, to wit:
Beginning at point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-468, S. 47° 39′ W. 2,181.05 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Ilagan, thence N. 69° 18′ W. 205.03 m. to point 2; N. 23° 49′ E. 169.86 m. to point...

Reservation of Public Land for Warehouse Purposes
- A parcel of public domain land situated in Barrio Calamagui, Municipality of Ilagan, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon is withdrawn from sale or settlement and reserved for warehouse purposes.
- The land will be under the administration of the National Warehousing Corporation, subject to private rights, if any.
- The land area is 2.5017 hectares, as described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-468 with the following boundaries:
- Northeast and East: Bounded by public land
- Southwest: Bounded by property of Moises L. Cruz
- Northwest: Bounded by provincial road
- The technical description of the land, including bearings, declination, and survey details, is provided in the proclamation. (Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended)
