- Described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-450-A.
- Contains an area of 30.4670 hectares.
- Bounded by public land, Baguio Water Supply Reservation, lot No. 203, lot No. 36-C, lot No. 2, lot No. 29-B of plan Bsd-2802, lot No. 35, lot No. 34-A of plan Bsd-1207, property of Ynso, and public land.
- Lot No. 2 (Section 76, Commonwealth Act No. 141):
- Located in residence section "H", Baguio City, Island of Luzon.
- Described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-450-A.
- Contains an area of 1.3414 hectares.
- Bounded by lot No. 88, lot No. 35-A, and lot No. 1.
- Bearings and declination provided.
- Surveyed on June 3, 1938, and approved on November 29, 1938.
- Signed by President Manuel L. Quezon on December 17, 1938.

BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES
Proclamation No. 358
RESERVING FOR WORKING-MENS VILLAGE PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO, CONTAINING A TOTAL AREA OF 31.8084 HECTARES.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section. seventy-six of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for a working-mens village, to be administered by the City of Baguio in accordance with regulations that shall be promulgated by the city government with the approval of the Chief Executive, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the residence section "H," City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-450-A, to wit:
Lot No. 1.Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-450-A, S. 89° 47′ E. 1,402.85 m more or less, from triangulation station skyline, Baguio, Mountain Province,: S. 74° 22′ E. 205.80 m....
