Proclamation No. 416
REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 860, DATED NOVEMBER 13, 1935, AND DECLARING THE LAND RESERVED THEREBY OPEN TO DISPOSITION.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, concurred in by the Secretary of Labor, I hereby revoke Proclamation Numbered Eight hundred and sixty-five, dated November thirteenth, nineteen hundred and thirty-five, and declare the land reserved thereby open to disposition.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done at the City of Manila, this tenth day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the fourth.
