In line with the issuance of Department Order No. 6-2010 dated March 12, 2010, as circularized under Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 27-2010, and Revenue Memorandum Order No. 41-2010 dated April 23, 2010, decentralizing the functions of the Asset Valuation Division (now Assessment Performance and Monitoring Division) with respect to revision/updating of the Schedule of Zonal Values including protests, appeals and clarifications relative thereto, the authority to sign all Technical Committee on Real Property Valuation (TCRPV) Resolutions previously being signed by the Assistant Commissioner, Assessment Service pursuant to RDAO No. 4-2001, is now delegated to the Assistant Regional Director, as Chairman of the TCRPV.
