Bel-Air, Makati City, with TIN: 265-501-771, is a multi-purpose cooperative transacting business with both members and non-members; that it is registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) with Registration No. C-622-6572 dated September 23, 2008; that it was issued a Certificate of Good standing by CDA — Manila Extension Office on October 10, 2008; that the objectives and purposes for which it was formed are the following:
