This refers to your letter dated October 2, 2007, which was referred to this Office by Revenue District Office No. 39, South Quezon City, by way of Memorandum dated October 24, 2007, requesting for exemption from the payment of income tax and filing of the corresponding income tax return under Section 30 of the Tax Code of 1997.
Documentary evidence submitted to this Office disclosed that the HEALING EUCHARIST, INC. with TIN 006-869-222-000 is a corporation sole duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under SEC Registration No. 13838 dated September 4, 2007; and the primary purpose for which is —
"To promote SVD media apostolate, in particular the ABS-CBN TV Mass, and other religious programs, to promote mission awareness and to create communities for healing and evangelization."
and that no part of the income which the corporation may obtain...
