| SUBJECT | : | Clarifications in the Submission of Reports on Applications for Tax Amnesty on Delinquencies under Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 23-2019 |
Under the policy statements in RMO No. 23-2019 (II.15), the consolidated reports on filed Tax Amnesty Returns (TARs) shall be reported by the Revenue Regions, through their respective Regional Collection Divisions (RCDs), and ACIR-Large Taxpayers Service to the Office of the ACIR, Collection Service, copy furnished the Post Evaluation and Monitoring Group (PEMG) in the National Office per Revenue Special Order No. 240-2019. However, under part "III. Procedures" of the same RMO, offices required to submit the said reports are instructed to submit the same to the PEMG, copy furnished the Collection Service.
