I. OBJECTIVE:
To facilitate the proper identification and monitoring of collection of the Fuel Marking Fees in connection with the implementation of the Fuel Marking Program (FMP) under RA No. 10963 and for inclusion in BIR Form No. 0623 (Fuel Marking Fee Form), the following ATC is hereby created: SDAaTC

II. REPEALING CLAUSE:
This Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) revises portions of all other issuances inconsistent herewith.
