In view of the assumption of Nestor S. Valeroso as Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue for Operations Group, and to ensure the normal operation of the Large Taxpayers Service (LTS) in the absence of a duty appointed LTS-Assistant Commissioner, the approval and signing of all papers and correspondence, Accountable Forms, Notices, Reports and Other Documents prepared by LTS and Divisions under it pursuant to Revenue Delegation Authority Order No. 4-2007, as amended by RDAO No. 7-2007, and other subsequent Orders is hereby delegated to DCIR Nestor S. Valeroso.
In line with this, DCIR Valeroso is hereby authorized to perform such other act as are or may be necessary and indispensable in speedy collection of deficiency internal revenue taxes.
