SUBJECT | : | Delegation of Authority to Sign Documents and Correspondence on Financial and Administrative Matters |
In line with the streamlining of operations at the Bureau of Internal Revenue pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 175, and the Bureau's endeavors to reduce incidences of "red tape" in consonance with the BIR Pledges made in support of the President's State of the Nation Address, authority to sign certain documents and correspondence relative to financial and administrative matters is hereby delegated to the Deputy Commissioner of the Resource Management Group, and to officials of the Financial and Administrative Service.
To effect such delegation of authority, a list of documents and correspondence, as well as the concerned signatory or appointing authority, is attached herewith as Annex "A" of this Order, for the guidance of all concerned officials and employees.
