In order to facilitate transactions/activities in connection with the implementation of Revenue Mobilization Enhancement Program under World Bank IDF Grant No. TF 051606, Assistant Commissioner and Project Director VIRGINIA L. TRINIDAD is hereby authorized to sign certain contracts, correspondence and other documents relative to the above-mentioned project.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
