As a supplement to the provisions of Bank Bulletin No. 2017-01 on the requirement for the opening of bank operations for two consecutive Saturdays immediately prior to the forthcoming April 17, 2017 tax deadline, as well as the extension of the banking hours from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. from April 1 to 17, 2017, for purposes of accepting over-the-counter tax payments, all Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) are likewise advised to comply with the provisions of Bank Bulletin No. 2016-09 with respect to the specific policies and guidelines on the acceptance of over-the-counter tax payments, particularly on all income tax returns accepted on April 1, 2017 and April 8, 2017 which shall be validated on the date of actual collection but the same shall be reported in the Batch Control Sheet (BCS) as collection for the following working day, April 3,...
