This Order is being issued to standardize the reports generated by the Revenue Data Centers (RDCs) by eliminating duplication of reports and unnecessary information and identifying the frequency and regularity of these reports to improve monitoring, reporting and evaluation processes. SCaITA
This undertaking aims to promote more reliable and cost-efficient communication facilities and services.
The list of reports identified in "Annex A" shall be generated from the Integrated Tax System (ITS) using the prescribed formats/dates and distributed to the concerned BIR Offices accordingly. Any deviation from the standardized reports shall require prior approval from the concerned Process Owner thru the RDC Head who has jurisdiction over the requesting Office.
All reports generated shall be distributed electronically by the RDCs via approved media to the concerned BIR Offices, subject to validation by the concerned RDOs. In case there are new reports prescribed by subsequent revenue issuances or unnumbered memoranda, the RDCs shall generate the...
