EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 458 December 8, 1975
AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 456
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by Section 401 of Republic Act No. 1937, as amended, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby direct and order:
Sec. 1. Tariff heading No. 85.20 of Section 104 of Republic Act No. 1937, as modified by Executive Order No. 456, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 1. The articles specifically listed hereunder as classified under Section 104 of Republic Act No. 1937 shall pay the following rates of import duty:

A. Infra-red and ultra-violet lamp bulbs including reflector and mercury lamp bulbs; lamp bulbs for motor vehicles
