Republic Act No. 9855 AN ACT CONVERTING THE MAGSAYSAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TINAMBAC, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS MAGSAYSAY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. Conversion into a National High School. - The Magsaysay High School in the Municipality of Tinambac, Province of Camarines Sur is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as Magsaysay National High School. Section 2. Transfer of Assets and Liabilities. - All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Magsaysay High School are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Magsaysay National High School.2 Section 3.
